The finance company hired a company and it was complete. In October of 2020 the lease was sold to Spruce power holdiing company and that is when the nightmare began!!!!! They in my opinion are extremely unethical !!!! Billing issues are constant and they refuse to fix or listen. I asked about my production which is in my contract and buying out my lease and I have been ghosted . They will not respond to my emails. I could go on and on but what I would love to know is who holds these companies accountable and how can I get help. I am not alone in my dealing with this horrific company.
